An error message occurs
After clicking the Create button to compose emails, a system error message such as “Word has encountered a problem” appears, and the emails are not created.
If you compose emails immediately after opening Outlook or this tool, an error may occur. If you try composing the emails again after a few minutes, the tool should process them without any problems. If the error still occurs, please restart your computer.
When composing emails, if a Word template is still open, an Excel system error may occur. Before creating emails, please ensure that the Word template is closed. Additionally, ensure that no other files are open when using this tool.
If your Word template contains textboxes, you will encounter an error when composing an email. Please ensure that the Word template does not contain any textboxes.
Mail merge
When I try to create ONE-to-ONE emails, the data is not inserted correctly.
If the characters you typed for the merge fields are incorrect, the data will not be inserted. The characters are case-sensitive. Please ensure that you type the characters correctly, avoiding double-byte or uppercase characters.
When composing ONE-to-ONE emails, if you set the merge fields after multiple hyperlinks, the data might not be inserted correctly. If there are many hyperlinks in the document, place the merge fields before the hyperlinks.
If you compose emails immediately after opening Outlook or this tool, an error may occur. If you try composing the emails again after a few minutes, the tool should process them without any problems.
Outlook.com account was locked
I have been using an Outlook.com account for email. After sending a batch of emails using the EMAIL MAKER, my Outlook account was locked.
Whenever there is unusual activity, your Outlook.com account is temporarily blocked by Microsoft as a measure to prevent fraud or abuse. If you suddenly send a large number of emails or send emails more frequently, it is considered “unusual activity,” and your Outlook.com account will be blocked.

The tool also allows you to specify the interval for sending emails. By sending at intervals, we believe you can reduce the risk of being flagged as “unusual activity” and avoid having your Outlook.com account blocked.
The body of the email was replaced
While auto-composing emails, I used another app and tried to share a link on that app, but the body of the email was replaced by the copied link.
During the auto-composing emails process, the content of a template document is copied and pasted into a new email. If you perform a copy operation in another application while the process is running, that content will be pasted into the email. Please avoid performing other actions while the process is running and wait until it is complete.
